Luigi Viprati

Luigi Viprati is an Italian craftsman, who only makes handcrafted pipes. While doing his military service, Luigi hand-carved his first pipe. Over the years, he improved his techniques and became one of the industry's experts. He finally created his own brand in 1984, "La Pipa di Viprati". All Viprati pipes are ranked according to the briar's quality (wood grain and flame's orientation) on a clover scale (from 1 to 5 clovers, 5 being the highest quality achievable). On our store, you will also find pipes from the "Ciro" line, which are pieces made of briar that has a rare bird's eyes pattern.
