An Italian creation, 100% handmade:
This pipe is a handcrafted piece, made in Italy by the pipe maker Luigi Viprati. The Italian master only selects the prettiest briar to make his pipes, that come from the regions of Liguria, Tuscany, Calabria and Corsica (where the highest-quality wood can be found). The craftsman chose to give this pipe a grade of 2 crosses/clovers (the highest grade being 5) to this creation.
A gorgeous cross grain on an original bowl:
This pipe's bowl features a cross grain, with pretty horizontal flames on the shank and the bottom of the bowl. Some gorgeous birdseye can be seen on the right side of the bowl.
The asymmetrical bowl's shape makes it especially pleasant to hold in hand. Moreover, it is the pre-carbonized, so that the initial break in of the pipe can be easier.
Finally, this pipe comes with an acrylic stem, that has a brown color, reminiscent of cumberland.
This pipe comes with a felt pouch and a Viprati box.
