Return or exchange

I want to return my order/an item, how should I proceed?

First of all, make sure you pack the item(s), that have to be unused, in mint condition, in their original package along with all the accessories, leaflets and documents. Then send the parcel to the following address:

Pipes that have been smoked and customized items (engraved ones as well as pipes with a made-to-order stem) are neither returnable nor refundable

The return shipping costs are at your expense. Refund will be issued within 14 days starting from the reception of the parcel.

We kindly ask you to provide the order number as well as your name with the returned items, as this will speed up the process. Please note that if your parcel is sent from a country that is not in the EU (European Union), customs fees will be applied upon reception of the parcel. The amount of these customs fees will be automatically deducted from the amount that will be refunded.

How long do I have to return an item or my order?

Starting from the reception of the order, the client has a 14 days period of withdrawal, as stated by law. At La Pipe Rit, we go even further by extending this withdrawal period to 100 days. When purchasing on our online shop, you therefore have 100 days to make up your mind on your products. 

I want a refund, how should I proceed?

Send us back the items in mint condition. Refund will be issued within 14 days starting from your order reception.

Refunds processing:

  • If you payed via credit card, the refund will be issued on the same card.
  • Via bank check if you payed with a bank check.

Are exchanges possible?

You can exhange the item(s) you don't want within 100 days after the reception of your order. All items you want to exchange must be unused, in mint condition and sent along with their original package, accessories and documents.

You can exchange the item you do not want with another product from the same brand or a different one. Pipes that have been smoked and customized items (engraved ones as well as pipes with a made-to-order stem) are neither returnable nor refundable.

How to proceed for an exchange?

Send us back the item(s) you do not want and tell us which one you would like to exchange it for.

If the price of the new item is higher than the price of the returned one, you just have to pay the price difference. Otherwise we refund the price difference.

The exchanged item(s) are sent upon payment of the price difference.

Should the amount of the return item be higher than the one you want to exchange it for, we will reimburse the difference:

  • We recredit the bank account linked to the credit card used, if you paid using a credit card.
  • We send you back a check if you paid via bank check.
