At first, Erik Nording was not predestined to become a pipe master because he was in a whole other field than the one of pipes and wood. When he was in his career transition, he decided to move to pipe manufacturing. In 1960, Erik Nørding began to create "freehand" handmade pipes with a really differentiating style. Erik Nording always had an overactive imagination as well as a crazy creativity. Over time, the range of Nørding pipes has widely grown, with models that are always more original. Nowadays, Nording creations truly distinguish themselves from others thanks to the association of different materials (such as briar or aluminium), but also thanks to its audacious silhouettes, pleasant to look as well as to smoke. Made in his workshop in Denmark, Nørding pipes are now available on our website www.pipeshop-saintclaude.com. You will particularly find the legendary Compass collection as well as surprising handmade pipes, at unbeatable prices.
