A bent Dublin with a medium-sized bowl:
The Dunhill Amber Root 4114 is a Dublin-shaped pipe. Its flared bowl is not only very elegant but also a true delight in the hand. The fact that this model is bent ensures a nice fit in the mouth. Marked "Alfred Dunhill's - The White Spot", this pipe is also engraved with number "4114". These 4 numbers allow to infer the pipe's characteristics:
- Bowl size: medium (group 4)
- Type of stem: tapered (type 1)
- Shape of the pipe: Bent Dublin (shape 14)
The renowned white spot pipe:
As with every pipe of this line, it was made from very high-quality briar. The smooth finish allows to enjoy the wood grain. You can admire the nice flames on each side of the bowl.
This pipe has the particularity of being even sturdier than the others from the "Amber Root" line. The silver ring at the shank's end strengthens the stem, which is of course adorned with the famous white spot. This little dot is the symbol of Dunhill pipes.
This pipe comes in a high-end Dunhill black box and a Dunhill felt pouch.
